Blade technicians are engineers specifically trained to work with the blades on wind turbines. This includes reparation, maintenance, and inspection procedures. Working at extreme heights, they not only have expert knowledge that allows them to diagnose any issue, they’re also experts at working under pressure and at extreme conditions.

They are also able to take their work from the actual turbine to the factory, to apply their knowledge there when needed.
